Dinosaurs!!!!

Did you ever watch the TV show Dinosaurs as a kid? So did we. Did you know that Jim Henson was one of the producers? We didn’t either.

We were sitting around in one of our One Soul Revolution design meetings and got to reminiscing about this show. I think the whole conversation started because we were trying to figure out with that baby used to say. It was later determined that the baby’s name was Baby Sinclair and the phrase was "I'm the Baby, Gotta Love Me" along with some other things such as “Not the mama!”

If you look on Wikipedia (reliable source, I know) it states that, “Topical issues featured in Dinosaurs include
environmentalism, women's rights, sexual harassment, objectification of women, censorship, civil rights, body image, steroid use, allusions to masturbation (in the form of Robbie getting caught doing a mating dance by himself), drug abuse, racism, peer pressure, rights of indigenous peoples, corporate crime, government interference of parenting, and allusions to homosexuality and communism (in the guise of herbivorism).” Who knew, right?

One Soul Revolution Party @ Jabus Recap

November, 13, 2009 Seattle, Washington – One Soul Revolution loaded up our gear and brought it to Jabus for the launch of our fall/winter line. We had snowboard videos playing, good music and of course, flip cup and beer pong. People arrived early and I think it’s safe to say Jabus was full to the brim. We raffled off some t-shirts, a Snuggie and a custom painted OSR skateboard. Thanks to our generous supporters we were able to get a ton of items to donate to Northwest Harvest. It was a killer event and we look forward to doing it again!

Weekly Conditions Update

Crystal Mountain: Opening day was yesterday! They have a 30" base at the summit and 23" at the bottom. I imagine sticks and rocks are inevitable. It appears lift tickets are discounted to $40.
Mt. Baker: Open TODAY! Both base areas are running ALL chairlifts. They have 67" at the bottom. They say that Pan Dome may open a little late due to so much snow. We can't complain...
Mt. Hood: Meadows and Timberline are open for the season! Meadows says its got a 34" base.
WhistlerBlackcomb: Also opening early! This Saturday, in fact. They have a 95cm Base (that's about 37")

Fall/Winter Photoshoot

We just recently did a photo shoot for our new Fall/Winter apparel. We can’t even begin to tell you how excited we are! We transformed the house into a photo studio and about 5 hours later we were done. If only it were that simple. Thank goodness for all of our wonderful volunteers that helped us model, photograph and keep us sane. Here are a few photos from the shoot just solidifying the fact that our photographer should continue to take the pictures and not us.

Origami, Popcorn and cool packaging!
